Shipping:
Each piece is made to order in our Italian workshop. Production takes approximately 8 weeks before dispatch. Once complete, your order will be shipped via tracked courier.
We ship in Europe and other selected countries. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
For international orders or if your country is not included at the checkout, please contact us directly or send a custom design request.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns (European Union):
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 14 days. To arrange a return, please contact contact@m85-studio.com with your order number.
Returns (for orders shipped outside the European Union):
Returns are not accepted for non-EU orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact contact@m85-studio.com within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
